1. Services covered

Services may include discovery, workflow mapping, requirements, user flows, interface design, native iOS development, native Android development, cross-platform development, backend APIs, authentication, managed databases, integrations, AI-assisted features, testing, deployment support, documentation, handover, maintenance, monitoring, and enhancements.

2. Statements of work

Each engagement should identify the client, business purpose, users, platforms, data, deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, integrations, dependencies, acceptance criteria, timeline, fees, payment schedule, and responsibilities. Material scope changes require a written change order or revised statement of work.

3. Client responsibilities

The client must provide accurate requirements, timely approvals, lawful data, required credentials, access to systems, authorized decision-makers, and the licenses or permissions necessary for integrations. Client delays, incomplete information, or unavailable third-party systems may affect cost and schedule.

4. Delivery approach

The planned delivery process includes discovery, solution architecture, mobile experience design, staged development, testing, written approvals, deployment support, and handover. Source control, issue tracking, and staged environments may be used according to project needs.

5. AI-assisted features

AI features may use on-device models where practical or controlled cloud AI services where greater capability is required. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for high-impact decisions. Human review, validation rules, and project-specific restrictions should be used where appropriate.

6. Data and security

Client data should be limited to what is required for the workflow. Access controls, encrypted transmission, secure credentials, logging, managed providers, and appropriate environment separation are part of the planned security approach. Project-specific security requirements should be documented before production use.

7. Integrations

Integrations may include CRM, scheduling, document, accounting, notification, barcode, analytics, or approved payment-provider APIs. Integration availability depends on the third party’s terms, APIs, rate limits, pricing, credentials, and continued support.

8. Acceptance and defects

Project documents should define how the client reviews deliverables, the acceptance window, testing responsibilities, and treatment of verified defects. New features, changes in workflow, expanded user groups, or new integrations may require an enhancement order.

9. Intellectual property

Ownership and licensing are determined by the signed agreement. Client-specific deliverables may be assigned or licensed as stated in that agreement, while third-party software, open-source components, platform SDKs, reusable know-how, and pre-existing components remain subject to their applicable rights and licenses.

10. Support and maintenance

Support may include hosting coordination, monitoring, bug fixes, compatibility updates, security patches, dependency updates, integration maintenance, model/API updates, analytics, and defined support hours. Service levels and response expectations apply only if they are expressly included in the support agreement.

11. Suspension and termination

Work may be paused for overdue invoices, unlawful use, material security risk, failure to provide required client inputs, or material breach. Termination rights, handover obligations, fees due, and treatment of work in progress are governed by the applicable agreement.

12. No financial intermediary activity

Elqorin Pocket provides software development and related support services. It does not provide banking, lending, money transmission, cryptocurrency exchange, custody of customer balances, or collection of funds on behalf of unrelated third parties.
