Accessibility Statement
Elqorin Pocket aims to design digital experiences that are usable by a broad range of people. Accessibility requirements for custom applications are incorporated according to the project scope, users, platforms, and applicable standards.
1. Our approach
Accessibility is considered as part of interface design, semantic structure, keyboard navigation, focus treatment, color contrast, labels, form behavior, responsive layout, text readability, and meaningful alternative text.
2. Website accessibility
Elqorin Pocket aims to maintain a website that can be navigated with common browsers and assistive technologies. Website content and visual treatments may evolve as the site changes.
3. Custom application accessibility
Accessibility requirements for a client application should be included in the statement of work. The appropriate target depends on user needs, operating system, device features, content, client policies, sector requirements, and whether a particular accessibility standard has been contractually specified.
4. Platform support
Native iOS, Android, and cross-platform frameworks provide accessibility APIs and system features. The degree of support also depends on third-party SDKs, embedded content, integrations, and device capabilities.
5. Testing
Testing may include keyboard checks, focus order, screen-reader labels, text scaling, contrast review, responsive behavior, form errors, and device-specific accessibility features where included in scope.
6. Limitations
Third-party widgets, external platforms, documents supplied by clients, or embedded services may not be fully controlled by Elqorin Pocket. Known issues should be evaluated and remediated where technically and contractually feasible.
7. Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is not a one-time task. New content, app releases, operating-system updates, and integration changes can create new issues that require maintenance and retesting.
8. Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, provide the page or application, device, browser or operating system, assistive technology if relevant, and a description of the issue so it can be reviewed.
