3. Privacy and data requests
For access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions, identify the relevant application, business client, account, and request type. If Elqorin Pocket processes information for another business, the request may need to be handled by that business as controller.
4. Security reports
Security reports should provide enough detail to understand and reproduce the issue without accessing, downloading, changing, or disclosing information you are not authorized to handle. Do not use security testing to disrupt services or affect other users.
5. Billing questions
Billing questions should identify the project, invoice, disputed item, and reason for the inquiry. Payment obligations remain governed by the relevant invoice and signed agreement.
6. Legal notices
Legal or contractual notices should identify the sender, the related agreement or application, the nature of the notice, and any applicable response deadline.
7. Response expectations
Response time depends on the request type, verification needs, and active project obligations. Emergency or service-level response commitments apply only where a signed support agreement expressly establishes them.
