Acceptable Use Policy
This Policy defines acceptable use of Elqorin Pocket websites, supported applications, hosted environments, AI-assisted workflows, integrations, and managed functionality.
1. Who this Policy applies to
This Policy applies to clients, authorized users, contractors, and other persons who access Elqorin Pocket-managed applications, support environments, integrations, or AI-assisted workflows. A client may adopt additional internal rules for its own users.
2. Lawful business use
Services may be used only for legitimate business purposes and in compliance with applicable contracts, privacy obligations, intellectual-property rights, platform rules, and sector requirements.
3. Prohibited security activity
- introducing malware, ransomware, destructive code, credential-stealing tools, or unauthorized remote-access mechanisms;
- attempting to bypass authentication, permissions, rate limits, logging, or security controls;
- probing, scanning, exploiting, or accessing systems without authorization;
- interfering with service stability, availability, or the operation of third-party systems;
- using credentials, API keys, tokens, or accounts that the user is not authorized to use.
4. Fraud, impersonation and deceptive use
Services may not be used to facilitate fraud, false identity, deceptive commerce, unauthorized account access, fabricated business records, abusive automation, or misleading communications intended to cause harm or obtain value improperly.
5. Privacy and surveillance
Users may not collect, monitor, record, identify, track, or process people without the legal authority, consent, notice, or other lawful basis required for the activity. Clients are responsible for ensuring that data sources and use cases are legitimate.
6. Intellectual-property and content rights
Users must have the right to submit, transform, store, or distribute the content used in the workflow. Services may not be used to knowingly infringe copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy rights, or other rights of third parties.
7. AI-specific restrictions
AI-assisted features may not be intentionally used to produce or automate unlawful, malicious, deceptive, discriminatory, or rights-infringing outcomes.
Where inaccurate AI output could materially affect people, property, finances, safety, customer rights, or legal obligations, a human review step should be used before the output is acted upon.
8. Regulated and high-risk uses
Clients should not introduce regulated or highly sensitive information, or use the service for a regulated high-impact decision, unless the use has been specifically reviewed, contractually approved, and technically protected for the project.
9. Third-party platforms and APIs
Use of connected platforms must comply with the third party’s terms, rate limits, permissions, data-use rules, and API policies. A client may not use an integration to circumvent restrictions imposed by the underlying provider.
10. Enforcement
Elqorin Pocket may investigate suspected misuse, restrict access, suspend affected functionality, preserve relevant security records, require remediation, or terminate support when reasonably necessary to protect systems, users, third parties, or legal compliance.
11. Client responsibility for users
Business clients are responsible for authorizing their users, removing access when roles change, maintaining appropriate internal policies, and promptly notifying Elqorin Pocket of suspected compromise or misuse involving the client environment.
12. Reporting concerns
Concerns regarding suspected abuse or security issues should identify the relevant application, user, date, and activity where possible. Reports should not include unnecessary sensitive data.
