Cancellation & Refund Policy
This Policy explains how cancellation and refunds generally work for project development, enhancement work, and recurring support. Signed contracts control the final rights for each engagement.
1. Project cancellation
A client may request cancellation in writing. Cancellation does not erase obligations for work already completed, approved milestones, committed contractor costs, non-refundable third-party charges, or other earned amounts.
2. Deposits
Deposits may reserve project capacity and fund discovery, planning, design, development setup, or vendor commitments. Whether any unused portion is refundable depends on the signed agreement and the work or commitments already made.
3. Completed milestones
Amounts paid for completed and accepted milestones are generally not refundable merely because later project phases are cancelled. Verified billing errors or expressly refundable amounts will be handled according to the contract.
4. Work in progress
If a project ends before completion, Elqorin Pocket may prepare a reasonable handover of completed work, documentation, and available project materials subject to payment of amounts due and any intellectual-property conditions in the agreement.
5. Client-caused delay
If a project is materially delayed because required approvals, data, credentials, or other client inputs are not provided, the parties may revise the schedule, pause the project, or treat prolonged inactivity according to the contract.
6. Recurring support cancellation
Monthly support may be cancelled according to the notice period and effective date stated in the support agreement. Cancellation does not automatically refund a service period that has already started unless the agreement expressly provides otherwise.
7. Third-party fees
App-store charges, cloud fees, AI usage, software licenses, domains, vendor subscriptions, or other third-party expenses may be non-refundable once incurred or committed.
8. Refund method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payer using an appropriate payment method. Elqorin Pocket does not issue refunds to unrelated third parties.
9. Suspension or termination by Elqorin Pocket
Services may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, unlawful use, material security risk, misuse of systems, or material breach. Financial treatment upon termination follows the signed agreement.
10. Request process
A cancellation or refund request should identify the project, invoice, reason for the request, and requested effective date. Elqorin Pocket may need to review project records, milestone status, and third-party commitments before confirming the amount, if any, that is refundable.
